654% Increase in Engagement for a Health Brand | Case Study
The Challenge
A healthcare brand with a significant LinkedIn following was struggling to translate its large audience into meaningful engagement.
Despite having a large LinkedIn following, the healthcare magazine’s posts were failing to generate meaningful engagement.
Low interaction rates were the primary issue, even though the magazine had a significant number of followers.
Additionally, they struggled to identify content that resonated with their audience, and there was no clear strategy in place to convert these LinkedIn followers into newsletter subscribers, which was a key goal for the brand.

How we solved it
To address these challenges, we developed and implemented a multi-faceted engagement strategy.
We optimized the LinkedIn profiles of key team members, positioning them as thought leaders in the healthcare space.
This approach significantly increased their visibility on the platform. On average, individual profiles saw six times their usual monthly follow rate, with each team member gaining about 25 new followers per month.
This personal branding initiative helped build stronger, more authentic connections with the audience.
personal branding
We revamped the company’s LinkedIn profile, improving its messaging and visuals to better reflect the brand’s identity. This led to a 10% increase in conversions from views to follows.
The brand profile itself also benefited from heightened visibility, receiving an average of 500 page views per week following the optimization efforts.

Targeted Advertising
We also introduced targeted advertising to reach specific segments within the healthcare community, to make sure content was seen by the most relevant audience.
Through these targeted ads, we gained 400 new subscribers to the newsletter in just a few weeks. In total, this tactic, combined with other engagement strategies, helped the brand acquire 1,000 new subscribers in four months.
Alongside the advertising, we conducted content pillar testing to identify which types of posts resonated most with their followers.
This allowed us to refine our content strategy and focus on high-performing topics. By gathering valuable audience insights, we were able to develop content that better matched audience preferences.
